Intizar Arslan was born on November 24, 1974 in Tunceli.
The artist, whose father was a soldier and whose mother was a housewife, lived in Muğla and İzmir on behalf of his father. He plays guitar and baglama. Intizar, who won first place in Turkish folk music and pop music at a music competition in Izmir, took the stage at a Sibel Can concert and caught Ferdi Tayfur’s attention and received an album offer. He worked with Ferdi Tayfur for many years.
The singer, who graduated from the Faculty of Literature Education in Ağrı, is also Yıldız Tilbe’s cousin.
