Handover ceremony of the General Secretariat

Culture and Tourism Minister Mehmet Nuri Ersoy delivered a speech at the “Handover Ceremony of the General Secretariat” held in the conference hall of TURKSOY General Secretariat and was held in the presence of Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu. At the handover ceremony held after the speech, Dusen Kaseinov handed over the post of Secretary General of TURKSOY to Sultan Raev. Sultan Raev, who also served as Deputy Secretary General of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of Kyrgyzstan and the Organization of Turkish States, was elected Secretary General of TURKSOY for the new term by unanimous decision of the TURKSOY Permanent Council.
