The first baby of couple Başak Dizer and Kıvanç Tatlıtuğ, who married abroad in 2016, was born at 8.45am this morning at a private hospital in Ulus. The couple named their son Kurt Efe.

The couple, who began falling in love on the set of Kurt Seyit and Şura in 2014, decided to name their children Kurt Efe, inspired by the TV series. Explaining why they named their son Kurt, Tatlıtuğ said, “Yes, we will name our child Kurt. His name is mentioned in many Turkish epics. I also researched the archetypes of animals. monogamous and starting a family, I decided to name our son Kurt. We’ve made our decision,” he said.
