Real estate buying and selling often involves famous show business names. Madonna and The Weeknd are two of those names. Famous singers drew attention to themselves last year with a real estate deal.

The Weeknd put his celebrity favorite Hidden Hills home up for sale last year. The Weeknd initially priced the house at $25.9 million, but later reduced it to $19.3 million. After this price drop, Madonna bought the house.

Exactly one year later, Madonna sold the house for the price set by Weeknd. Now Madonna is trying to evict her $25.995 million Hidden Hills estate.

The 12,000-square-foot main house and two-bedroom guest house sit on nearly 3 acres in celebrity-loving Hidden Hills.

Hidden Hills is a region favored by the likes of Kylie Jenner, Kim Kardashian, and Justin Bieber.

The mansion has seven bedrooms, a home theater system and a study. There is also an illuminated, futuristic-looking wine cellar.

The home’s master bedroom has its own fireplace and balcony overlooking the backyard. The list also states that the house is a music hall as the last two owners are musicians.

There is also a full size basketball court.

Madonna puts her own spin on the mansion and is said to have recently built a home gym and dance studio in the barn.

The Weeknd originally bought the Hidden Hills property in 2017 for $18.2 million, the Wall Street Journal reported.
